The International Institute for Creative Development Abuja (often referred to as IICD-Center) is a capacity building center that provides a sustainable creative database, advocacy, providing technical assistance for creating and managing cultural exchange programmes that seek to advance cultural diplomacy and social development.
IICD Center is also a multi-disciplinary experimental art space that inspires creative environment for open thematic expression within the context of contemporary art practice.
